Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms govern use of davidtrinidad.com and the publishing tool run from it. By using either, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing davidtrinidad.com or using its publishing tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the tool.

Description of service

davidtrinidad.com is David Trinidad's personal and business site. Its publishing tool is internal and used to publish content to accounts explicitly connected by their owner (currently YouTube). It is single-operator software — it is not offered as a multi-tenant service for public sign-up.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to violate any applicable law, infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, credential, or system connected to it.

Connected platforms and content ownership

Any account connected to the publishing tool is connected voluntarily by its owner, through that platform's own OAuth authorization flow. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership of that account or its content to us. We do not claim ownership of content published through the tool — the account owner retains all rights to it.

Use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms of service (YouTube / Google), which continue to apply in full alongside these terms.

Disclaimers

The site and its publishing tool are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any connected platform's API will remain available or unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, David Trinidad and davidtrinidad.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its publishing tool.

Termination

Access to the site or its publishing tool may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these terms. A connected platform account can be disconnected at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site or its publishing tool after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
